Scheduled - Scheduled maintenance activities on the CloudHSM infrastructure.

The CloudHSM service will remain operational during the maintenance activities, but redundancy will be impaired, and it is possible that you may notice short delays or interruptions due to the failover process of the API provider.

During the maintenance windows, modifications on the CloudHSM service perimeter infrastructure will be conducted. We have planned the activities to minimize the impact on subscribers. The activities will only affect one operational site at the time, allowing your services to failover automatically.

Important: The maintenance only affects customers of ECO/ECO-CC Switzerland; other regions are not affected. Please ensure that your API provider is configured with both API connection points:

* ch01-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: a-api.cloudshsm.com)
* ch02-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: b-api.cloudshsm.com)

Resolved - Incident: Cluster Connectivity Issue – CloudHSM ECO01 / ECO02 / PLA02 / CCM01
Date: April 22, 2025
Time: 22:20 – 22:44 CEST

We experienced a temporary disruption in cluster connectivity affecting CloudHSM instances ECO01, ECO02, PLA02, and CCM01 between 22:20 and 22:44 CEST. The issue was resolved through manual intervention, and connectivity has been fully restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you are still experiencing issues or have any questions, please open a support ticket through your account.
