The CloudHSM ECODE01 service will remain operational during the scheduled maintenance. However, redundancy will be temporarily reduced, and you may experience brief delays or interruptions caused by the API provider’s failover process.
During the maintenance window, we will perform infrastructure updates on the CloudHSM service. These activities are carefully planned to minimize impact on subscribers and will affect only one operational site, allowing your services to fail over automatically.
Important: This maintenance affects only customers in ECO Germany. Other regions are not impacted. Please ensure that your API provider is configured to use both API connection points:
* ch02-api.cloudshsm.com
We do not expect any service downtime. If you experience issues accessing the service, please contact us via the support portal.
