Scheduled maintenance activities on the CloudHSM infrastructure.

The CloudHSM service maintenance has an impact on KeyStore Modifications (e.g., key deletion, change key password, ...).

During the maintenance windows, modifications on the CloudHSM service perimeter infrastructure will be conducted. We have planned the activities to minimize the impact on subscribers. The activities will only affect one operational site at the time, allowing your services to failover automatically.

Important: The maintenance only affects customers of ECO/ECO-CC Switzerland; other regions are not affected. Please ensure that your API provider is configured with both API connection points:

* ch01-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: a-api.cloudshsm.com) -> Under Maintenance
* ch02-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: b-api.cloudshsm.com)

The changes are not expected to affect the availability of the service. Please contact us via the support portal support portal if you experience any issues with service access.
