The DNS issue affecting securosys.com and cloudshsm.com has been fully resolved by our provider.
Access to CloudHSM services and the Securosys Support Portal is restored and functioning normally.
CloudHSM services remained operational throughout the incident, and at no point was customer data at risk.

Our DNS provider has informed us that they are currently experiencing a large-scale DDoS attack. While some services have been restored, they are still actively working to mitigate the ongoing attack.

Unfortunately the DNS provider is still working at a solution and the DNS resolution is flapping.
As the support portal access might also be affected by this incident we are sending out an e-mail notification with further instructions if the problem persists.
