Scheduled maintenance activities on the CloudHSM infrastructure.

We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance activities affecting the CloudHSM infrastructure. The service will remain operational during this time; however, redundancy will be temporarily reduced. As a result, you may experience brief delays or minor interruptions due to the API provider’s failover process.

Maintenance window:
Wednesday, 21 May 2025, from 08:00 to 10:00 CEST


Important: The maintenance only affects customers of ECO/ECO-CC/SBX Switzerland; other regions are not affected. Please ensure that your API provider is configured with both API connection points:

* ch01-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: a-api.cloudshsm.com) -> Under Maintenance
* ch02-api.cloudshsm.com (alias: b-api.cloudshsm.com)

The changes are not expected to affect the availability of the service. Please contact us via the support portal if you experience any issues with service access.
